Infrastructure Summit to Identify Needs in the Aftermath of Hurricane

The Long Island Association hosted an Infrastructure Summit to identify items, actions and projects to improve Long Island's infrastructure in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy. The focus was on roads, bridges and rail; water, sewage and solid waste; housing; and utilities (electric, gas and telecommunications) and to make recommendations as Long Island's elected officials seek federal funds to rebuild the region.
