LIA's Fall Luncheon Featuring Former Vice President Dick Cheney

The 46th Vice-President of the United States, Dick Cheney, visited with about 1,000 Long Island business leaders for a lively and important discussion with LIA President and CEO Kevin Law on Thursday, October 18 at the LIA's Annual Fall Luncheon at the Crest Hollow Country Club. On the heels of the second Presidential debate at Hofstra University, and in the midst of one of the closest Presidential races in history, Vice-President Cheney offered his insight on the current political landscape, the legacy of the Bush Presidency, the events of September 11th and the turmoil in the Middle East and the War on Terrorism.
